Safe & Sound
This picture was taken after Dave (my BIL) returned from Afghanistan. I love this picture because it is nice to have him home alive. I can only guess how difficult the deployment was for Dave, but I know how difficult it was for my sister and niece and nephew. I am proud of them all.

Great picture. I'll be it is great to have him home! Thanks for playing again.
Glad he got home safe and appreciate all he did for our country!
The color of that dress is gorgeous.
Glad he's home safe and sound!A WORLD of thanks to him for sacrificing so I can have my freedoms.
Hmmm, the hat says cavalry and the patches say airborne. I can't quite tell if that's an All American Patch on his shoulder but it sure looks like it! What a wonderful photo. We love the Army and especially the Airborne. THANKS to him and I'm glad he's home safe.
Michelle - heading back here again to say thanks for the sweet comment and I've added you to my blog list.
I can't even imagine dealing with latex allergies. At first that's what we thought the problem was with diapers and his skin when he was a baby...but he came up negative.
Thanks for sharing!
Glad he's home! He's a hero!!!!
I appreciate him and his service! I take every opportunity to say thanks. So tell him, "Thank you".
yes. it's so good to have them back home. that kind of separation is really hard on families, especially the kids.
That dress is beautiful as is the photo.
Your BIL is a true hero ...
Lovely picture. Glad that he is home safe. I completely understand the feeling. My BIL was deployed and it wasn't fun for any of us. Give him a big hug and thank you from us.
